Very nice and friendly environment, great staff who are so friendly. Perfect choice for people who want a low budget accommodation but still enjoy the comfort of a top class environment... simply perfect. great price,comfortable room,3 minute walk to tram station,kettle is in room,there is mini market in the reception,stuff is kindly,. Staff were cooperative and helpful. There was no problem in communication. One of the staff knows english. Overall fine.
