The apartaments (actually, single-bedroom flat) is near to Kiev center. There were microwave and washer.
I liked the location of the apartment which is close to cafes and restaurants.

One bed was hard, the furniture was old and needed replacing. The bathroom was not nice. Also the flat was on a main road and there was quite a lot of noise from outside.
Location was not the best. Was far away from the main kreshatik st. Not
to mention you will have to clime up hill for a distance.
We booked an appartment, but when we arrived they put us in a suit,
which didn't have worked air conditioner (the tempreture were around
2 c), so we had to change in other place, and then we received our
appartment but where in the first day we didn't have hot water, we
travelled with 2 children, 5 and 1 year old, so all these obstacles were
in very big inconvinience for us.
The second room was actually a hall with a sofa. Two of three chairs were broken and weren't repaired in spite of our requests and their promises. In the wardrobe there were dirty bedsheet (by urina, I presume because of awful smell :().
The kitchen has old dishes,spoons,forks etc
I asked for bottle opener and informed to report to the office to get it!.
Dirty,expensive,smelly,bad condition of furnitures.
I didn't like insects, the first flour, terrible noice of cars and moto's at night! There was very hot and unpleasant. It is a cheap place for the center of the city but it doesn't even cost it!.
