Excellent staff, especially Keri Anne, who could not do enough for us. Also the food room service, and the staff at breakfast. Cannot commend them too highly.

The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming - the tea and cake on arrival was a nice touch, as we were both starving! The room (which was actually an impressively large suite including a kitchenette - much more than we thought we had booked) was very clean and furnished to a very high standard. Everything felt very new and clean. Good central location with plenty of parking space. Had a great stay and was impressed by everything.

The owners were superb and nothing was too much trouble. I was stayingthere for the uk Ironman and they went out of their way to accomodateevery nutritional and other requirement.
