I like the lady in the reception who checked us in earlier than their usual. She noticed that I called in for this request a week earlier and she was so gracious and lovely with it. Always smiling and conversant. I would like to thank as well whoever took my call for my request for an early check in due to a christening my family was attending that afternoon. It was relaxing and our 7 years old son had a blast even for his freebie breakfast. he was over the moon for that. Thank you again.

My TV decided not to work after about half an hour - when I reported it to reception, they immediately offered me an alternative room, very quickly and efficiently done. The room was quiet and appropriately heated. All facilities were good and a good powerfull shower! Plenty of choice for the continental breakfast - again the staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel was convenient for us. We had moved house and our new house was uninhabitable. After working hard all day it was heaven to come back to somewhere clean and comfey, where we could have a steaming hot bath, a meal and a comfey bed. The next morning we had a full English breakfast which set us up for the day. Receptionists were polite and extremely helpful; they went out of their way to sort out a booking problem for our group. The error was made by booking .com , so well done girls for sorting it at a very busy time. Poor show booking .com, might have to rethink as to whether I use them again disappointing. Service was excellent but our room was unbearably hot the staff did there best and provided us with 2 electric fans but trying to get ready to go to a wedding in a room at 30 degrees was dreadful . But we received a phone call today from the premier refunding one of our nights so thank you for that. Surprised we were in a disabled room but no problem it was excellent. Liked the Beefeater Res. - good food at a reasonable price. In answer to Q3 we were staying overnight before our annual visit to the RHS show at Malvern. Very friendly and I always find it very easy booking on letsbookhotel.com I have booked many times on the web site. Unfortunately we were going to a funeral service of a relation of my Husbands in Worcester. the room and the facilities within. The complex and particularly the beefeater resturant,where we enjoyed and fabulous evening meal and excellent value for money breakfast staff service was also superb. The quality of all of the condiments were of a genre at standard from the tea & coffee all the way to the thick, fresh, warm towels provided everyday by staff. Staff ( reception, cleaning staff , breakfast staff, and bar staff, all very polite and helpful Breakfast - brilliant Bed - very comfy. clean staff very friendly helpful the room was very clean and comfortable. the choice of breakfast very good if a little over priced. Room unbearably hot , no aircon come on you must correct this we do have heat waves ! ! !. Finding you - we booked online which was easier enough but the directions should be spelt out clearly for those of us without satnavs and provision of the hotel direct phone number on the conformation sheet would have helped. There was nothing. the mattress on the bed in room 1 was uncomfortable,you could feel every spring in the matteress,and requies replacing,it spoilt our nights sleep. The TV wasn't properly tuned and didn't have all the freeview channels, and the soundproofing between other rooms and the hallway especially isn't the greatest. heat in room. rooms very warm, we opened windows and turned thermostat right down but still cooked. Only one set of towels in the room. The price seemed to be inflated due to a graduation from the local universities! we could have got the room cheaper the week before. I felt that was a bit cynical. How hot the rooms were with little ventilation and no air conditioning. The visit to the Three Pears was a bitter disappointment. VERY Very slow service to the point we were ready to walk out and food when it arrived was only mediocre on Saturday night. None of my party enjoyed their meal -- Sorry. Breakfast on sunday morning was better although cooked breakfast was not very warm. Long waiting time for breakfast on the Saturday morning (one hour) due to only one chef on duty. Nothing. Could not tell that room ventilation was working (there was a humming noise when it was switched on but the room temperature stayed at 30 degrees C). N/A. Didnt like the fact that when we got there we were told that I had only booked a single room for a family of 4, and had to wait for another bed to be made up. And after checking online my reservation details I had booked a quad room. Not enough pillows, no chair for desk Very noisy neighbours. very hot in room noise from outside if window left open on air con. good breakfast main meals not very good value for money steaks well over priced. The room was far too hot! The bed was uncomfortable and the tv did not work!. the room was noisy, there was some kind of motor close by which kept coming on and going off at regular intervals all night which meant we had quite a broken sleep. A little out of Worcester city. Beds were extremely firm (Hard) In heavy rains the car park flooded due to either blocked stormwater drains or tarmac not laid correctly to falls. Rooms very hot it was a warm day room could have been cleaner found a half eaten pizza under the bed in room 12 no electric shaver point in room 7 had to ask staff to supply a 13 amp socket adapter. Very poor quality bed - almost asked for a change it was so uncomfortable. lumpy bed, cold room basic amenities but not cheap. Poor tele.No teletext or freebie. Very difficult to locate. Only one towel between 2 of us. They make a big feature about how they're there 24hrs a day so you enjoy your stay. Our room was cold. The thermostat didn't seem to work. We looked for a phone to ring reception. There is no phone. You have to ring a premium number on your own phone!!! Calls cost a minimum of 10p per minute + extra costs. That is appalling, especially after their claim about 24hr availability of help.
