  Beautiful and historic building in a dramatic setting. Most of the staff were great and very accommodating and they tried sorting out any issues quickly (there's a new GM) Lovely pool area indoor and out Clock tower restaurant was fun and very relaxed with charming staff. We spent one full day exploring the grounds, which are beautiful and situated on the Thames river. Very relaxing and peaceful. Also a very close and easy drive to Heathrow. We stayed there for our last two days in England, after a long trip and it made getting to Heathrow very easy.

  It was a lovely hotel except for the children who were running around all evening banging doors and then again at 6.30 in the morning when we told reception they said many people had complained about this group of people and they were sorry I thought the policy of the premier inn was if you dident get a good nights sleep you got a refund ? - We ... what people say » were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was comfy and more importantly the bed. Even though the hotel was so close to the M40 our room was free from traffic noise and was obviously sound proofed to an extent as we heard hardly any noise from other guests rooms.
