  Everything! I was given a warm welcome and taken to my room (the receptionist carried my bag too!) The room was beautifully decorated, warm and comfortable, with every amenity required. I had a meal in the restaurant (3 courses for £11.95) and everything was home made and freshly prepared. It was so delicious, I could hardly walk after finishing i... what people say » t! The staff were all friendly and helpful, making it a very homel - We stayed here because they were able to offer us a dog friendly room, it was way more than we expected, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, real furniture instead of modern units, a bit of a regency feel to the decor. Clean and everything we needed. We had planned to eat out, but when none of the local pubs would accommodate us with the dog we returned to the hotel, we were able to eat in what I guess is their lounge/TV room/Function room.
