We booked the Innkeepers Lodge for an over night stay when we went for a day trip to Legoland. We were not sure what to except as it was some if the reviews were mixed. But we need not have worried. We requested a family room with the single bed set up for our 7 year old and a cot bed for our youngest. The cot bed was not in the room on arrival, but the staff were very apologetic, and brought one up to the room straight away. The room was spacious and clean with a tv, tea and coffee facilities.

Rooms are spacious, but we did have a family room, it was all that was left when we booked, clean & comftable enough for a couple of days stay. We walked to Windsor, about a 35 - 45 mins walk, also drove to Hampton Court the next day, so in good position to visit several places. Food in the Carvy was excellent value for money, breakfast is also included, but you can upgrade to A full . We liked that fact that you could come straight from your room into the bar/restaurant. Our room was right at the top far corner of the building overlooking the car park so it was really quiet - lovely. The room was clean and spacious as too was the bathroom. The continental breakfast was lovely with plenty to eat. We will definitely look to stay here again should we wish to return to the area. Staff really helpful. On the Sunday evening the Restaurant was heaving. staff said ring down once we were ready and they would put us on the list. They rang back when our table was ready minimising us hanging around and waiting. Needed to get away to get back for work, and the staff allowed us into breakfast a few minutes early on the Monday morning. I couldn't fault this hotel. From the moment we arrived to when we checked out the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and we were impressed with the facilities on offer. We were in a fantastic location to get to Legoland and also walking distance into Windsor. We would definitely stay here again. Staff were brilliant and took time to talk even though busy. Rooms very spacious,clean and well decorated.Luxurious bathroom.Only 40 mins pleasant walk into Windsor or catch the bus right outside the front door and free parking at hotel.We had the carvery and it was excellent also good choice of breakfast. Definitely recommend it!. The location for our visit to Legoland and Windsor Castle were excellent. Parking and bus links into Windsor were fantastic. Food was very good. Staff were all excellent and service was great and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Prices were very good compared to Windsor hotels. Very nicely furnished rooms, great shower. I am a disabled wheelchair user & this is the only hotel I have ever stayed at that has a fully accessible room & a wet room as well. Brilliant! I actually got to have a shower easily & safely, the sink was low enough & rails etc easy to use. Luke on reception was also very nice and helpful. Excellent service all round polite staff gorgeous good amazing soft beds with plenty of pillows free continental breakfast was amazing and was enough to see us till diner time really close to Lego land yes it's near the run way but I found it entertaining watching the plains and it never bothered us at night. The innkeepers lodge was friendly , very handy to be linked to the carvery,well set out, lovely continental breakfast so much choice,staff friendly and helpful,lovely room,soft beds and lovely pillows !! Great . Good location for Windsor and legoland and free parking . Impressed .... The staff where very helpful. We were attending a wedding at the Royal Chapel and staff member Lewis was brilliant with arranging Taxi's and even arranged a meet and greet with the Chapel staff incase we had trouble getting in. All in all it was a great stay. Very good value for money & comfortable accommodation. Very polite & helpful staff.Nice carvery & good breakfast.A machine was available for free hot drinks until quite late.Good location to visit Windsor. Perfect location for Windsor Castle, & the fact that you did'nt need to go anywhere else for lunch or breakfast. And in the evenings you could enjoy a nice drink or two without leaving the premises a real break!. The hotel was in a good position for legoland, Windsor castle and also the train station direct into London , the manager was very helpful in organising our room to fit in my 7 year old son and we enjoyed our stay. Lovely big room, very clean and well stocked with tea and coffee.Quiet, warm and extremely comfortable. Carvery excellent value and drinks reasonable. Continental breakfast had fantastic choice. Location : near to Ascot racecourse ! My wife and I had spent our day and loads of money at Royal Ascot race meeting . It is certainly in our plans for future visits; esp. To the races. We only stayed the 1 night and found nothing to complain about which is unusual these days.We liked the food, continental breakfast was excellent and all the staff were very helpful. There wasn't anything we didn't like. cannot think of anything except that unless you book early it is difficult to get a room.We now book several months ahead if possible. A little out of the way but guess this is offset against reasonable price. No signposting for checking in. Could offer a small discount on the full English if preferred to continental breakfast? Toaster was extremely slow?. In our short stay there - just over 12 hours total - Nothing !. Nothing!!!!!!!. Not applicable. The roast dinner was awful, bland, quality not good, will not be using the Toby Carvery attached again. Very disappointed. I did not like having to pay £3.99 for an english breakfast. drain in bathroom a bit smelly so had to leave the plug in. It was assumed we have a mobile available to receive texts in order to connect to Internet; not always the case for visitors to the country. The only real downside was the beds were extremely hard. I felt like I had slept on the floor. Also the child's bed was not great. Slightly overpriced as we now have to pay for our accommodation every time we want to see our son and family. Nothing we disliked. everything was most satisfactory. There wasnt a thing that we didnt like we will definitely be there again. wifi hopeless in the room. No complaints at all. It was very difficult to get our luggage to our room on the 2nd floor, going up stairs and through lots of doors. The only slight thing I could say on a negative note is we booked for 2 adults and 1child. The pull out bed for our son was actually a double size, it was great for comfort etc, but took away a bit of floor space in our room. The description said 20 minutes walk to Windsor Castle, but it was more like 35 minutes! And the WiFi was rather flakey. Nothing I can think of. The continental breakfast included in room rate is poor. But luckly they service enough coffee. Location is far away from the castle. Although we are young and quick pacing, it took 30 minutes by walk. Although there is a bus stop nearby, bus interperiod is 30 minutes. 25 pounds are required by taxi to Heathrow. Bed not so comfy. No cot on arrival but swiftly dealt with by staff in record time (more a criticism of the booking agency for poor communication really). Room we had was adapted for wheelchair users so not very good for an 18mth toddler to get hold of everything, but we did not stay in room for long. Outlook from room. the room we had was a bit noisey being next to the out door chiller unit,bathroom door didnt shut,. The mattress in our room wasn't the best. nothing all good.
