Friendliness of the staff. Decor of the dining room. The bath - had water shoots = amazing!. Great boutique rooms and dinner was fantastic but it should be for the cost. Hotel manager was very helpful. Lighting in our room not variable enough. Room rather basic compared to the bathroom and lacking the atmosphere in other parts of the hotel like the dining room.

From the A1(M) southbound:
- Exit at junction 6 and take the 3rd exit from the roundabout.
- As you go back under the motorway, keep left, passing the fire station on your right.
- Follow the road down and round the left-hand bend. The White Hart is on your right as you approach the T-junction.
