The Family Room had a mini kitchen and a large bathroom with both bath and shower. As one of the children was not well during the weekend this all proved useful. The views were fabulous and the location was so close to many amenities. Everything from friendly welcome through to breakfast the next day. Lovely views from our room, great to have fridge in the room. Perfect for a base when having a night out in New Brighton. Made 60th birthday special - thank you.
all reviews » Comfortable rooms in large house. Our room overlooked the promenade and water which was nice. Small balcony worked well. Breakfast was wonderful and staff personable and friendly. Would stay again. Nice break out of Liverpool. Man that ran place was really helpful . Nothing was too much trouble . I booked this for me and five friends and when we had left he sent my mum a really nice text saying what a pleasure it was to have us staying !. I felt welcome as soon as we arrived to the departure. The Proprietor was helpful and very friendly giving excellent information on our activities while we were staying. Fantastic B&B in a perfect location for all that New Brighton has to offer but only 20 minutes away from Liverpool city centre. Great rooms and wonderful staff. Every thing, from the very warm welcome, to accommodating us for an early breakfast on our last morning. We have no hesitation in recommending this guest house. Was very homey, stylish, love the quirkiness of the room with a bit of a vintage touch. Friendly staff, good breakfast and great value for money. The friendliness/helpfulness of the staff. Parking is an issue, on very warm days, I would think it would be very difficult to park outside the house. It must be said, that there is free parking within walking distance. The towels provided were looking old and overused but apart from that everything else was great!. Nothing. N il. Nothing. No on-site parking but unavoidable due to the location of the building. Possible parking issues during peak season. maybe a little bit pricey compared to other hotels we have stayed at for the same facilities. Liked every thing. Good value. Unable to get into the too high bath. Not compatible with a room designated for a guest with mobility problems. No safety grab rails over the bath. Room left unserviced for one day. Booked a double room (single occupancy)when arrived was put in a single room,had a word with owner and was then offered the room which was orig booked.decided to stay in single room as worked out cheaper,when booked room there was not an option to book a single room???????. Rooms were very dirty Plaster coming off walls Some ones clothes hanging in the room Dirty carpet Felt like we were staying in someones room Dirty, dirty, dirty. very cold room, poor breakfast.
