Very nice! Would deffo use again if in the area for work orpleasure again. We were made very welcome nothing was too much trouble. The food was excelent and the bedroom was cosy and quaint with everything you could need.We stayed in the suite which was well provided for and had its own character, not bland like many of the major chains. excellent food, owner very friendly and hospitable, lovely room with good furnishings and large en suite. Good food, Friendly staff, Excellent value for money.Very confortable room, and fine ale at the bar.The location, the comfortable and relaxed style with a choice of good food with attentive staff. Quite environment, very nice traditional room, very good service by the personnel.Very friendly family run hotel. Area central to touring around worcestershire. Excellence of food presentation and general attention to detail. Good service, very accommadating..nice peaceful location. friendly staff .the food was excellent. Hospitality and helpfulness of staff. friendly and good food. Friendliness.Frienedly service, Excellent breakfast.friendliness of the staff. rooms are small but nice. Friendly atmosphere. The room was lovely and clean with good attention to detail to make a comfortable stay. The chalets were quite different and quirky very pleasant. Mobile phone coverage is limited inside the buildings (at least on my network), but that could be a bonus for some people.no but don't stay there if you want a taxi into Worcester as it costs £26 return which makes the stay very expensive. However, you can get a taxi easy not like a guest said I had no problems (except paying) whicdh is nothing to do with the hotel it is lovely.A mimic of the hotel security alarm situated in our suite .This woke us on both nights. Sound proofing in the bedrooms could possibly be better but not a major issue. Disappointing meal on first night, Use of plastic flowers for decoration.2 nt stay - only ones there - rooms very big and cold took a long while to get warm ( mid dec ). Nothing I didn't like as such, the only things I suppose I could reallysay, and quite insignificant on the whole really was no freeviewchannels on tv in room, room was a bit chilly untill early hrs when theheating came on by which time I was getting up.as this is basically a pub, although the room was very nice we felt it was a bit over priced. Room was a little on small size. Woukd have preferred bathroon with bathbut as there for only one night it wasnt too much of a problem. Howeveron a longer stay I would like more room.I would have appreciated a later checkout time (10:30am is little too early). Telephone line in each room (since mobiles can't find a signal in most of the area).Getting a taxi is a problem but thats not the fault of the hotel..tricky location for Taxi's on a Saturday night. Walking outside to restaurant from room.too many rules and "Charges". All entrance doors were locked when we arrived. Had to phone the hotel from the carpark to get in.Notes everywhere about child policy, time it takes to cook food etc made me feel that there were problems waiting to happen or that the customer does not necessarily come first. A 50 minute delay in dining, even on a busy night, is not really acceptable. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.No hairdryer in chalet, apparantly they were for hire on reception, but I would have prefered not to have gone for a hairdryer at 5.50am prior to my early morning business meeting.small room for the price very poor tv in room. The evening meal was very poor - slices from the weekend joint covered in a heated wine sauce was passed off as braised steak.Rooms were 'all being refurbished' so was put in a 'chalet' in the garden! I specifically requested a bath but only got a small shower and it was so isolated . Awful !.
