Homely atmosphere.
Efficient, friendly, value for money.
A nice comfortable bed.
Nice place - easy access to Norfolk in general - very easy to find - (Sat Nav) :-).
Convinient location and comfortable.
Road noise in some of the rooms can be a problem.
Very minor things:
Wifi signal didn't reach the room, needs wifi extenders, mobile signal was also poor.
Room could just be sharpened up a little in general.
Toilet flush could be tricky.
There are a few maitainence issues. Light bulbs missing, wardrobe handles missing.
Cold breakfasts that took nearly 1/2 hr to arrive on 2 out of 3 days, when on one day we were the only people for breakfast. Staff did not appear to be supervised (especially breakfast). Beer garden in desperate need of a make over, which would take little effort and make huge difference.
Traffic noise.Dim room lighting.
the toilet in my room was very high.
Nothing.
There was nothing to dislike.
The beds :-(.
