  This is the best B & B I have stayed at. Having looked around I preferred it to the local hotels. The owners go out of their way to make your stay a pleasure. Don't miss the superb locally sourced evening meals. Followed by a relaxing sit in the sun lounge overlooking the beach, available to guests all day. My room was spotless and the bed was the most comfortable I have EVER slept in. The marine has the most wonderful setting with a superb view across thurso shore to scrabster harbour, Holborn head, Orkneys and dunned head. Thanks Karen & Richie for your helpfulness and the lovely breakfasts, my great start to perfect days. I will be visiting you again.

  This is an excellent b&b in Thurso. Yvonne was friendly and helpful, the room clean and comfortable and the b&b is in the centre of Thurso, a short walk from the train station. The wifi signal was the best in my travels around Scotland. The breakfast was excellent. - The room was as per images on the site. Had the feel of a boutique hotel... what people say » . Yvonne was extremely helpful and we felt at home. Would definitely recommend to other travellers
