I know most facilities these days are non smoking for H&S reasons, but having to go out to the car park to smoke in my car was tedious; they should have rooms for both smokers and non smokers but I guess this is a minority view and does not matter!.

Tv reception very poor no instructions. WiFi kept dropping not
unuseable. letsbookhotel.com info: directions to house, not completed, also
cash or cheques only taken. To get there use lane that says unsuitable
for caravans etc.
Out of the way in the village of Florence, took quite a time to find had
to stop at a local shop and ask, not easy to find at all!.
