we have been going for over 18 years at odd times and it ever lets us down. big screen tv and they showed the arsenal v man u game despite there being a wedding at the hotel and they were quite busy.Friendly staff, reasonably priced bar, quiet room, well maintained. the sizeof the room and cleanliness of the hotel.Efficient room service, free internet connection, comfortable rooms, nice decor.

Comfortable Rooms.All very easy. The staff really were very friendly and helpful, and the location was very easy for access.Easy to get to and park. Price of continental breakfast being the same as full english!. menue in room said food available untill 10pm yet when we asked for food at 9.15 approx on sunday night we was told the kitchen was closed. Very limited public internet access. Internet access was free in the hotel rooms, but, unfortunately I had not brought my laptop with me. There was only one terminal available at £1 for 10 minutes and the timer was set that you received significanly less than 10 minutes! Very frustrating - not sure if that is a hotel issue, or whoever installed/maintains the internet terminal.Martha's grill was very expensive although the cheif was very helpful to arrange food for our son. The bar closed early for a Saturday as well. The pillows were quite uncomfortable and teh TV channels were very fuzzy. We did not realise that our breakfast was not inclujded, as it was in very small print and not brought to our attention more noticeably. no lift and refrigerator in room. breakfast was poor, served cold and staff very slow. The hotel was ok, but my room was a little tired! My TV did not work properly, the shower was not great and some of the hotel looked untidy. Double room slighly small.Room service food very poor, got a refund, T.V/Radio propgrammes advertised in the room not available. this Hotel going backwards. For a hotel of the advertised standard I thought the choice of menu in the restaurant was limited. The hotel looks nice but I didn't feel comfortable there and can't explain the reason why - it didn't feel right. I think it is wrong to say that continental breakfast and Full English Breakfast are the same price as this is non-sensical. Buffet Breakfast is a more appropriate terminology.Had difficulty asking for a twin room. Only 3rd time given a key did the staff give us the right type of room.
