I was made to feel very welcome/Karen and Ian were excellent hosts and the room was fantastic. Breakfast was superb and Ian makes what is probably the best bowl of porridge you'll ever have. He also makes his own sausages which are very tasty ! The house was beautifully kept and the room was very comfortable..

Trust in people in the Islands is obvious here. The owner was out, the door was open with a note telling us what room to occupy The owner appeared shortly afterwards and we got everything sorted-no problem. Accomodation excellent. Flexible times for breakfast and choices sorted out the evening before. Nothing seemed to be a problem for Margo. Well

The proprieter was extremely friendly and eager to make our stay comfortable. It is only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Stornoway, however we thought the sat nav was wrong because it started taking us through an industrial estate. In fact it took us to the B&B which is located on the seafront with good views sea views.

It is a family B&B, that proved to be very friendly and cosy. The room and attenant bathroom were kept in a very good and clean condition. The B&B is well located, close to the harbour and ferry lines, and within walking distance from the town centre. The room is on the top floor with a stunning view on the sea and the town. The bed was large and very comfortable.

This is a great place to stay. Good location just outside Stornoway. We stayed in the cottage behind the guest house and it was immaculate with great facilities.
