The room at the Premier Inn was exactly as described and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was also quiet. The heating / AC was controllable easily in the room, so was great. The hotel had a bar, which was very casual and the friendly staff were also helpful. It was easy to check in, staff were extremely helpful, all aspects of service good!. Very clean and tidy--staff very friendly--no road noise.

Relief to have windows that opened - hate stuffy hotel rooms. A couple of biscuits would have been nice in the morning.Clean, bed was very comfortable. A bottle of water in the room would be a brilliant touch.plates for hot buffet breakfast were not heated. Internet charges extortionate. Going late for breakfast one had to wait for some of the food to bereplenished as it had run out. Single glazing on the bedroom window, covered in condensation due tocold weather. The room was quite cold also, but I dont mind that, othersmight not be happy though.dim lighting in the dining area. rooms a bit warm but fan was provided, thank you. It was very difficult to find! Even a taxi driver who picked up friends could not find it!. Lack of staff on the Monday morning. Shortage of staff in the resturant. Yes, the shower was terrible, more a dribble than a shower. The toilet had a bad odour if the door was shut for some time.Room was very cold on entry, in mid winter the radiators should be on. Our first room smelt of smoke but the staff moved us to another room.
