  I stayed in the attic room, which was very quaint and had a ton of character, I absolutely loved the room. The location of this hotel is perfect for relaxing or hiking, it is located right near the water with amazing views. It also has a bar and restaurant on site which allows you to sit, relax, eat and drink (with a good selection of cocktails,... what people say » whiskey, and local brews. The staff was very nice. - The new owners were friendly and trying hard to make all the guests happy; this included 'a wee dram' of whisky on arrival and a bottle of sparkly when our table for dinner was not ready on time. Very approachable staff; fabulous environs, warm, clean and romantic buildings and gardens. Loved the sense of history; staying in Flora McDonald's house.

  Very friendly lady owner. Scenery lovely, clean and comfy apartment, good parking, plenty of space, good facilities if you want to cook, sit and eat, wash clothes, etc. Separate lounge to watch big tv- good when weather not great :) Tastefully decorated, well...very white with lots of accessories. Plenty of heaters - all rooms. Cafe across the roa... what people say » d good as not many places to eat around Staffin. Two or more shops nearby. Wine and biscuits provided on arrival. - The staff (family) that run the apartments were superb. Can't really emphasise that enough! We were informed of a slight issue with the shower and were given a 65% discount to make up for it. We are very grateful! The apartment itself was perfect for what we were looking for - good value for money (even before the discount), modern and stylish interior and includes everything you would need in a holiday apartment. Would definitely go back!
