    We came across this hotel purely by chance when we wanted somewhere nice to stay mid way to our main holiday to Windsor and we were so glad we stayed here. Beautifully presented in a really nice area and approximately 10 - 15 minutes max from Shrewsbury town. This hotel is unbelievably clean and the beds are so comfortable. Lovely meals served there too and will d - everything very clean and well presented. Had an in exhaustable breakfast menu. It was ...."You can have absolutely anything....what would you like?" I fancied a sausage sandwich and was treated to a magic one! Dinner was also magic. The place, the staff, the scenery just altogether a great find. I can thoroughly recomend this Hotel. Well done to the family who own and run this gem of English accommodation.

    The restaurant was very good, the hotel was spotless. The receptionist on duty for most of our stay was extremely nice, and very helpful, her name was Denise , a lovely person!. I am sure that when we are in the area again we will be stopping at Harmer Hill. - Room big enough for four. Plenty of choice for breakfast at Table Table which was attached to the Premier Inn via an internal door.

    Everything. The meet and greet on arrival from bar staff initially to manager who took us to the suite (which was, to put it mildly, spacious and well appointed), and explained about parking. The bar/restaurant decor and the alfresco dining area was much to our liking. And finally breakfast had a good range of options. Will b - I loved my stay the suite was lovely ,view on to the street below ,staff very friendly ,food very good . Great breakfast best yogurt after 3 weeks travelling , Bathroom excellent. The lounge area of the suite is original Tudor black beams and very uneven floors it was great . I arrived with a very sore knee they helped out by getting ice and drinks brought to our room thank you so much . Also a nice touch freshly made biscuits and brownies left with the coffee making .

    The Inn at Grinshill is a real gem. I was looking for somewhere near Shrewsbury as my wife and I wanted to visit the town. I saw the reviews for the Inn and booked on the strength of these. We were not disappointed. The standard of accommodation is exceptional, the massive beds extremely comfortable and the rooms beautifully furnished. Kitchen was brand new and in view to diners. in all a high quality place to go for a nights DB&B in a pretty village 20 min from Shrewsbury.

    I particularly liked the friendliness of the staff that dealt with us, as they were very welcoming and helpful, plus the overall cleanliness and quality of the hotel.     The staff and the service was brilliant. I stayed there with my partner and it was a lovely place to spend the weekend. The room was spotless and had everything you'd expect there to be plus more. The breakfast was really nice as well. We stayed in the lodge which is just round the back of the hotel. There were some people staying in there at the ... what people say » same time that ripped up our breakfast order which you hang on your door. When the hotel heard about this in the morning they were very quick and help - The food was excellent, the staff were obviously well trained and friendly, there were plenty of small parts that added up to a very pleasant stay such as milk in jugs and not cartons, somewhere for the cartons at breakfast, good quality serviettes at mealtimes, clean corridors where it was difficult to keep clean (we ran a finger along a dado rail!) and, joy of joys there was a Country & Western night in their extension and not one sound escaped!
