Great staff, great food, really comfortable rooms. Excellent value rooms and gastropub menu.Food. the cuisine was first-class, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was basic but comfortable and very clean. The friendliness of the staff, the great breakfast (with touch of real chef), the price. The breakfast. Spectacularly good breakfast. there was no where to sit after meal had to go back to room. You really need a car to stay here but there is free parking. A shower curtain should have been there.no wifi in the room, very small room for a single. No keg or real ale on the pump. Room was a bit basic.
