  Everything! the website and photos really don't do this place justice, its a whole lot better than you might think from previous reviews. From the candle lit entrance lobby on arrival to the friendly, welcoming, nothing was too much trouble staff.   The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel itself had great facilities and the food was gorgeous. They were able to accomodate our two year old with ease. - The staff were mostly excellent with the service they provided. I felt that we were valued throughout the whole of our stay.
