Breakfast was lovely as was the room. Hosts were very welcoming and charming. A lovely house at a reasonable price and they accepted our budgie without any problem!.
John and Margot were perfect hosts, good size bedroom and ensuite, central location and close to the Eden Project. We would certainly recommend this B & B.

Parking hard work! Also, not that well signposted so had a bit of trouble getting there initially. Didn't realise we would be sharing the bathroom with another couple but it was fine in the end. Didn't realise we had to pay by cash only and could not pay by debit card.

Host showed in unpleasant way that he wanted us to leave our room before 11:30 (we were not informed about this in advance).
Cigarette smell throughout the house.
Hosts didn't want to give us a front-door key.
Very cold during the night because the heating was turned off then.
Wardrobe in our room contained clothes of the hosts.
We didn't expect a shared bathroom because this was not in the hotel info on letsbookhotel.com.
