What people say
the location was just what we were looking for, as I have a walking disability, it wasn't far to get into the market/town centre. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, we even had a visit from the housekeeper to find out if everything was ok with our room. The food at the attached Table Table restuarant was excellant.
Very nice staff. Really comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean rooms. Very good value, very family friendly. Reasonably priced restaurant with good food. Stayed in four Premier Inns on this trip across UK and the value, cleanlinesss and comfort were really consistent. Will always use these hotels for this reason. all reviews »
This is the best budget priced hotel I have stayed in. The staff were helpful. The restaurant has great food and a lovely atmosphere. The breakfast was superb even though I arrived just as they were closing. Its 3 mins from the station with easy parking. I couldn't fault it.
I thought that the whole experience was fantastic. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed staying there and will stay there again.

Reception staff were extreamly friendly and helpfull. Extra pillows in the room, meant i didn't need to request more.
The restaurant was good, good fish and chicken, good service and quite. If you couldn´t sleep you got pay back.

That I couldn't stay for another night.
There were people in the reception area from early evening Sat and they were still there on Sunday morning making the reception area very smelly, I have no idea what they were doing but they definitely didn't enhance the place.
Nothing you could do anything about...a couple of lads swearing their way through breakfast - just so unnecessary.
Creaking floor++ above! -disturbed sleep on 2 nights.
Breakfast area 'untidy' (i.e. buffet area) at times and had to ask for cereal bowls, cutlery on occassions.
Not enough staff at breakfast. Had to wait for someone to note my room number as payed before being seated, i waited for 5mins even though i was the only one in the que and there were plenty of empty tables.
Hard to find the entrance and small lobby.
Did not receive my early morning call which could have caused real bother on the morning of departure.
I was at Queens hospital for the week, it was too far away to walk in the rain!.
Low bed - but -I was staying in a 'dis-abled' room (which surprisingly was not on the ground floor!).
cant think of anything.
No air conditioning - my room was an average of 29º which my friend and I found intolerable.
Very limited teas in room and no biscuits.
Room would be too hot in the summer. Get there early for parking.
Thought breakfast was a bit on expensive side.
price but its in london.
Too hot in room even with a fan, air con needed in rooms.
Hotel very near a busy roundabout.
I would have liked room service, as I stayed on my own with a young child I would have found it more accommodating if this service was available.
It was quite difficult to get into the shower...the bath side being high. This made it somewhat dangerous for a 70 year lady, who is very short, 4ft 11 inches, lady.
The restaurant.
Nothing.
No draft beer because they had no gas and just a choice of two bottle
beers. My husband had to drink coke. :[.
It was very hard to adjust the heating in the room, so the night was very cold.
too stuffy - no A/C.
What appeared to be blood stains on the wall in the bathroom - above the mirror toward the ceiling.
sweltering heat in the bedroom.
It was difficult to find as it wasnt well signed.
Breakfast expensive.
Romford at night.
Hard Bed.
Nu au un sifonier.
Nu au sampon de par.
Nu au fier de calcat in camera insa poti sa i-l ordonezi de la ei.
The room had a strong smell of smoke and for nearly £200 it was not good as me and my husband dont smoke.
WiFi although advertised not available in the room. Very important as
part of my trip. No "extras".
More Staff for Breakfast The few that was on duty was over worked.
Price.
Very noisy, Bed un comfy, and cleaning staff closing up windows and
drawing curtains on the hottest day of the year, rendering the room
unbearable.
