  Courteous, thoughtful attention by staff. I arrived at 10 p.m. (plane delay) and had a most welcome meal provided. The day before I was leaving, a staff member came to my door, to remind me that it was time for me to go if I was to catch the plane back to the mainland. He was relieved, when I told him that I wasn't leaving until the following da... what people say » y. I really appreciated his concern, though. - As a first-time visitor from South Africa, was blown away by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff and establishment. They all went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and special. Have to make special mention of Lewis who performed above and beyond what was expected of him :)

  The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. They went the extra mile. The atmosphere was calm, organised, friendly, not stuffy, felt at home straight away. The bedroom was comfortable, clean and cosy.   Everything. This is, without doubt, the finest B&B that we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in hundreds. The room was superbly equipped with a full wet room, Egyptian cotton linen, stereo, tv, Molton Brown toiletries and everything else you could possibly need.
