The location for us was ideal as it is close to the student accomodation whaer our daughter is - but with very frequent busses it is only 5 minuits to Princes street, or a 20-25 minute walk.

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. When I had three hours to wait until I could check into my next hotel, Margaret let me stay a bit late in my room. This guesthouse offers very nice service and the owner is really very friendly. The location is very well closed to the main street, where the bus station can take you to anywhere. In addition, we do appreciate the breakfast, which is really nice. If chanced, I will be here twice and more definitely!

thought it was well worth the money and would definately use again - clean, nice friendly lady (only saw this one member of staff) but she was v helpful. room very clean and bed was comfortably but its a bit dated. The ensuite was tiny, The breakfast was very basic and cheap food, e.g wrapped cheese slices, white bread, cheap yoghurts,,,nice coffee
