  The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to be so. The location is excellent, being in a large park area with lots of walks etc. It's location Meir a busy intersection of the highway means that you need to ask for a room not facing the road . Rooms 110, 109 and 107 are such room, with the former being the best, as it is a very large r... what people say » oom with two windows facing different directions but none facing the road. It is a very quiet room. The same numbers on the second floor would have th - the staff were very nice and friendly and helpful. just what we needed. the rooms were spacious and big enough and the beds were comfy. clean bedding was everyday and the venue offered food and refreshments when required. car parking appeared safe and secure and local facilities met all our needs.

  We liked the atmosphere, cosy, warm and friendly; great food. Helpful staff. Amazing location. Special thanks to Hannah who gave us a lift to Stirling in the mornig! - The room was spacious for a triple. Staff were lovely and we were offered dining even though we got there late. Comfortable all round stay there.

  Frankly speaking everything was excellent. What should be highlighted? The room (we are staying in a room 1) was very nice and cleaned every day. The bathroom as well. Towels really superb (I remember sb. Mentioned that in one of the previous reviews). The owners and people round there very, very friendly and ready to help. Our room was exactly ab... what people say » ove the bar, but it was not a problem at all (except Friday as far as I remember ;). There is no breakfast, what is stated in their offer, but there i - Rooms, especially bathrooms, are beautiful, well-kept and very clean. City is small, but the bar is in the same building, at the bottom, so you can spend a great evening. It is near Edinburgh, so traveling by car for great and cheap accommodation option.I Strongly recommend, if I'll be around for sure come back there.

  Ideal location for what I wanted. Owners and staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Very comfortable room and facilities. Overall really enjoyed my stay. - Very clean, comfortable, lovely owners. Great breakfast. Nice restaurant a few miles away La Piazza. Tesco store a few miles in the other direction.
