The C1 bus will take you from Harrods to your front door and the 328 bus and 74 bus will get you where you need to go. Tesco is next door and is 24 hour. All locations and landmarks in London can be easily reached by the C1 or C3 buses stopping by the hotel, or by tube (Earls Court station at 5 minutes of walk).
