    Very friendly lady owner. Scenery lovely, clean and comfy apartment, good parking, plenty of space, good facilities if you want to cook, sit and eat, wash clothes, etc. Separate lounge to watch big tv- good when weather not great :) Tastefully decorated, well...very white with lots of accessories. Wine and biscuits provided on arrival. - The staff (family) that run the apartments were superb. Can't really emphasise that enough! We were informed of a slight issue with the shower and were given a 65% discount to make up for it. We are very grateful! The apartment itself was perfect for what we were looking for - good value for money (even before the discount), modern and stylish interior and includes everything you would need in a holiday apartment. Would definitely go back!

    We arrived a few hours early, as our room was not ready we decided to head to the bar, there was a roaring fire and we were greeted by the lovely barman, we ordered drinks and had a spot of lunch, which was a simple sandwich, just what we wanted! By the time we finished our lunch the room was ready, we were show to our room, and it was fantastic! ... what people say » A huge king size bed, which was the most comfortable bed ever! The room was warm and cosy, beautifully decorated and a fabulous view from the window, - My husband and I traveled here with our 3 month old son and had a wonderful stay. The island is so beautiful and we very much enjoyed being in a remote part of it. We were in the main building on the second floor, so we had a lovely view of the lakes and wifi reach our room (even though I know they like you to become "unplugged" for a bit). The fireplace in the sitting room was so nice. We sat by it for several hours one evening as our son laid on a blanket next to it...he had never seen a fire

    This hotel looks down over the town of Portree on the Isle of Skye and is only two blocks from city centre shopping and restaurants. The guest house is beautifully renovated. The bed was so comfy. The view from our window towards the bay was amazing. Staff were excellent as was the restaurant. It also has a nice pub within. The accomodations were a little over our budget, but well worth it. - We found the Marmalade hotel perfect for our short trip to Portree. We are a family with children aged 9 and 10 and the family room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was good and the breakfasts lovely. The hotel is a small walk out of the town of Portree and has lovely views. We would definitely recommend it and hope to go back!

    The broadford hotel has recently undergone renovations.our twin bed room was large and comfortable. It had a separate "lounge/seating" area with 2 comfy chairs and tv. The bathroom was huge and included a separate bath and shower. An extremely generous breakfast with both cold/hot options was included in the tariff.     Andrew and his staff were excellent. Nothing was too much bother. The food was also excellent especially breakfast. Their recommendation for eating out was superb on the night they did not do food. The bar and public rooms were of a high standard with comfortable seating.     Guesthouse looks brand new and all fittings are OK. Owner is very welcoming. Good brekfast. Not diffficult to find if following indications provided by owner. - This Guest house was perfect in every way. We were lucky to have stayed there. It was the best placed we stayed in 10 days in Scotland

    Everything was perfect! Owners Andreas and Marlies could not have done more to help. Tea and coffee was available whenever we wanted it and were often brought to us with complimentary snacks!
