  The staff were the friendliest and most helpful we have ever come ofacross. We were a group of 20 and the staff went over and above the callof duty. Everyone commented on the quality of the hotel and staff. - My wife and I arrived late as our flight from Dublin was delayed. When we arrived, the hotel offered us a free upgrade to a suite which was ... what people say » top class. We were v pleased by this.
