  The staff were extremely firendly and helpful, and very willing to accomodate our early evening arrival. The apartment was warm, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay.   Robert was very hospitable, friendly, and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was very tasty, even if it was just non-cook fare. It was all very healthy. The room was huge and the sheets were very comfortable to sleep on! The place was very conveniently located near eateries open until late, pharmacies, and a nice supermarket. Close to 3 underground stations and to Oxford Street. It has a familiar atmosphere and the people running the hotel are very nice, helpful and friendly. It is safe and the location is safe surroundings. It is very clean, beds very comfortable, and rooms are very spacious. Good value for money. Breakfast is good. Has wifi everywhere.

  We had 9 people, 4 adults and 5 children between the ages of 9 and 15. It was perfect for us. Clean, nice location....5 minute walk to underground and Camden Town Station (Camden Road is only a rail station, not underground). Would stay again without hesitation. The staff at the check in office were very nice, professional and helpful.
