Absolutely nice connection with center of London, you need only 1 bus toget there. The best value for money payd. Melissa at the reception was terrific. She was very helpful and accommodating. She received a parcel for me and it was waiting in the apartment when we got back from Paris. The location is excellent. A 3-minute walk from Earl's Court station which has the Piccadilly and district lines stopping here so it's super convenient. There is a Sainsbury local, the co-operative and M&S near the station (for food supplies) plus a Boots and a stationery shop. Lots of eateries too.

Room was very spacious, and even had a cute old fashioned stove as an 'original feature' I assume.
Wi-Fi was excellent.
Table and chairs so you can eat in the room and not be on the bed which was nice. Also we had a sink, fridge, and stove etc in our room. Would've come in handy on a longer stay.
Overall it proved a good option for us, as we have been to London several times before, maybe not the best for a first time visitor.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms and all the areas were very clean and comfortable. The studioroom was spacious and well equipt. The gardens lovely. The reviews mentioned problems with waiting times for breakfasts this seems to have been sorted out and a good continental style breakfast was available in the very comfortable bar area

The Dolphin House facilities are excellent with an indoor pool, fitness center, and on-site restaurant. My favorite feature were the beautiful gardens on-site and the hotels location next to St. George's gardens and church, Pimlico station and the short and nice walk to Victoria station (when the Victoria line was down for repairs)

We chose this area because of its close proximity to a relative's home but any traveller would find the nearby Tube very handy. For us, being able to park was a real bonus. The rooms were warm and clean and the basic cooking facilities were adequate for our breakfast needs. Not an apartment in which you would want to spend most of your time but representing good value and for drivers the free parking is a blessing.
