  I am very impressed with the attention and positivity of all the hotel personnel we have been in contact with. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. After one night's stay we cancelled the other hotel, found... what people say » Flemings and moved to it. Both the personnel and hotel were very good/comforting and a big relief after our not so good experience. This is a hotel I - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

  B&B was very clean & comfortable adequate amount of towels, tea/coffee facilities with a choice of hot drinks in room. Good selection of toiletries in the bathroom, cooked breakfast/cerals is served in your room (no fruit). Very central in London, but outside of conjestion zone (sky tv in room with movie channels).   We had 9 people, 4 adults and 5 children between the ages of 9 and 15. It was perfect for us. Clean, nice location....5 minute walk to underground and Camden Town Station (Camden Road is only a rail station, not underground). Would stay again without hesitation. The staff at the check in office were very nice, professional and helpful.

  Great location, the children loved the spa bath and tv in the bathroom. We were given a late check out and when my son left a valuable item in the apartment, a member if staff went and got it and secured it until it was collected.   Robert was very hospitable, friendly, and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was very tasty, even if it was just non-cook fare. It was all very healthy. The room was huge and the sheets were very comfortable to sleep on! The place was very conveniently located near eateries open until late, pharmacies, and a nice supermarket. Close to 3 underground stations and to Oxford Street. It has a familiar atmosphere and the people running the hotel are very nice, helpful and friendly. It is safe and the location is safe surroundings. It is very clean, beds very comfortable, and rooms are very spacious. Good value for money. Breakfast is good. Has wifi everywhere.
