  Happy with service and rooms. We were late for breakfast but the hotel still provided us with an excellent service. Convenient location and parking. Modified original booking without any problems too. - Peace, quiet and comfort of the rooms and the general public area. Breakfast choice of fruits. Crisp brown toast for breakfast.

  The hotel was very clean and tidy and the room I booked had excellent views across the bay. The staff where extremely helpful at tall times and the food was also excellent. I wiould return again. - The hotel staff were very attentive but not intrusive; the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed and the food was fresh and cooked to order.

The breakfast was great with varied options, the owner feeds the birds and we were able to watch them while having breakfast and were lucky enough to see a woodpecker.   Wow, what an amazing hotel, as we took the turn off to the hotel Rufflets appeared in all it's beauty exactly as the picture depicted on the net, it was stunning. The grounds were maintained to a very high standard and the room was decorated superbly. This was our favorite hotel of our month long trip to Europe and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to explore St Andrews, a car i - The size of our room was wonderful with a lovely bathroom, king bed and plenty of electrical outlets (often missing in other hotels). The breakfast buffet was fresh and well stocked and there was a nice choice of entrees for a hot breakfast. There was optional turn-down service and shortbread cookies to enjoy with coffee in the room; WiFi functioned very well (also uncommon in other hotels).

  Our friendly Hostess Evelyn warmly welcomed us. She was informative of the facilities available in and around Hampton House. Our tastfully decorated room was well appointed, clean, comfortable and with good room space. The continental breakfast was lovely and very filling. Great WIFI reception through out the House. I am pleased we ch - Evelyn the owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, it was clean and comfortable, somewhere you could relax after a long day sightseeing. The garden was furnished with seats for the guests and there was also a guest lounge. The continental breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice and Evelyn was happy to provide more should you require it. I would certainly visit again and recommend this hotel to friends.
