The staff were friendly with a relaxed atmosphere in the bar in the evening. There was also a good selection of food for breakfast. Good welcome and staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent undercovercar parking. Rooms are comfortable and in a pretty annexe adjacent tothe main hotel building. We went to a wedding in Portmeirion. friendly, convenient, good breakfast, good staff. clean hotel. Rooms were a little noisy from adjacent rooms. Food was ok but average. i thought the restaurant dinner menu was rather expensive and didnt cater for vegetarians even though there was a vegetarian breakfast choice. Check in took longer than usual and perhaps too much information giving at once (the book of information in the room was enough). room too small, uncomfortable not good value for money. poor service ..... poor customer service.

With views over the patio garden, the hotel's restaurant provides a welcoming atmosphere in which to enjoy breakfast, à la carte evening meals and traditional Sunday lunches. From April to October the restaurant is open for lunch during the week.
Open for both residents and non-residents, children and guide dogs, it is located on the ground floor for easy access for wheelchair and/or disabled guests.
The restaurant serves classic Modern British/European cuisine with a menu that changes regularly to reflect the season.
Adjoining Peppino's restaurant is Lorenzo's coffee lounge, serving speciality continental coffees with homemade cookies and fruit, herbal and English teas all day.
