This was our first holiday with our 9 month old baby son and we found all the staff were very friendly and welcoming towards us. The facilities were excellent and we very much enjoyed a relaxing time in the pool. A lovely experience for our first wee trip; thank you again. Good to have the leisure facilities for guests. friendly staff. Good restaurant, good location, friendly staff. Leisure facilities. It had all of the right facilities, gym, pool, bar etc...convenient location. The ground floor bedroom overlooking the car park meant an early wake up call due to the hunting brigade leaving early, perhpa they should use the main car park away from the beadroom of other gests who do not not need to be up at 6:00 am.TV channels not as listed and reception not good. old beds and furniture, not very comfortable. state of bathroom sealant around taps and on tiles-mould growth, room walls dirty and stained / marked. It was a bit dated and dirty in places, like the bedrooms. Also, you had to pass the gym to get to your room, and the smell of sweat was terrible!. Hotel was under staffed. Staff seem be everything to everybody. terrible food, outdated and supposed to be a 4 star. Needs some serioud attention.
