Everything. The adjasent Restuarant. The choice of Real Ales. There was a tv, tea-making facilities, a hairdryer, ironing board andiron for my use, also proper shower soap in a dispenser. Dining in the restaurant and sitting in the beer garden.Friendliness of all staff and good food. The room was very clean, and big. the hotel has a big car park. I enjoyed very much in the hotel's bar, there were a lot of people, and the food was very nice, all staff were very kind.The Chase is a pleasant hotel and easy to book with especially as I use a lot of hotels for business and at short notice. Very comfortable beds and the room and facilities were fine. Food and drink was good and good value for money. bedding very comfortable. helpful staff. For short term stays every thing needed under one roof. The room was well laid out and clean, but a little noisy as it was nearthe bar. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities generallyquite good.Convenience of the location. Pleasant neighbourhood. Location. For £49 the room itself was fine. One point that I didn't care for: I don't mind ordering food and drink at the bar, but during my meal I wish to have drinks brought to my table versus getting up to get my drink and letting the food get cold.Our shower didn't work this time but staff were extremely helpful. There was no hand soap, and I dont think the shower soap was a shampooas well,( although I didn't check that).It was the hottest day of the year so far in Nuneaton and the central heating was on in the room, it was far too warm. Unable to purchase drinks after 11.00p.m. I have stayed in many hotels and this is the first tme I have come across this. Very poor service on this point.May be I would like more variety of food. No. There was nothing we did not like about the hotel. there was a continuous buzzing coming from toilet which kept me awake all night. The extractor fan hummed during the night; I reported this and no doubt it will be sorted. Walls are too thin!. Although the room was clean, there was no trap in the basin plughole, soanything dropped would have been irretrievable. The shower door didn'tclose properly, and used plastic cups were not replaced. The restaurantcloses quite early - 9.30pm - and there appear to be no other foodoptions for guests who want or need to eat later. Breakfast itself wasreasonable but service was a little erratic.No early breakfast facility. Noise caused by guests in room opposite,and no night staff to control such situations. Broken guttering so sounded like a tap running during heavy rain. Staff never on reception, had to go to bar in adjacent pub for help. Notoiletire in room , except dispenser in shower, very annoying having toopen shower screen for soap just to wash hansd in wash basin, unable toshut shower screen, both comments reported evry morning of stay. Nosolution offered. Too hot - like a sauna, and you could not open the windows fully. No room service. The hotel is part of a pub - don't eat there, it's terrible. Everything seemed to have been microwaved (pale, limp, tired-looking) yet still arrived cold, greasy, and not cooked properly. Nobody was clearing tables, we took our own plates back to the kitchen.
