  The reception team were very friendly and helpful, particulary Kerri and Emma. The room was large and comfortable. The price we paid was a bargain. Short drive to the city centre and very close to the hospital. Will definately stay here again when next in the area. - The staff were helpful and gave clear directions along a short cut to save us time... what people say » . We were offered a discount voucer for cooked breakfast which convinced us to stay longer and relax in the spa in the morning. Room was clean and comfy.

  I have now stayed at Sprowston Manor a number of times and the cost reflects what you would expect from a high end establishment. I cannot fault the hotel, the staff being particularly friendly and helpful. The proximity to Bewilderwood was the main reason for staying here. A great place for under 10 year olds. Read the books beforehand to enhance the enjoyment though.
