We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble.

Staff was excellent and polite
Good and quiet.
Really friendly staff and a great breakfast.
good for surfers and chilled people.
altogether a very nice B&B.
The owner was great and so was the breakfast.
good location
good breakfast.
The room was slightly small but not a problem at all.
Nothing, just what we needed for a one night stay. Some friends& family stayed in more expensive sea front hotels, but had shoe cupboards for rooms (more expensive) or some much more expensive sea view rooms.
Bathroom very small but not really a problem.
parking was a little bit difficult but to be expected within a seaside town!.
Nothing.
The noise from the main road, but that was part and parcel of the location.
Nothing. Was all great.
Needs blinds in the rooms, as the houses across the street can see in if you don,t have the curtains closed and you don,t want to do that on a nice sunny day.
Mattress on the bed very uncomfortable
Breakfast was served really slow.
The bed needs to be replaced, the bathroom is too small and the attic room we had was really hot.
the walls are really thin, one can hear everything the other guest are doing/talking.
Twin room was small.
The family room was very small and the bed was very claustrophobic as it was a double with a single bunk bed on top pushed against the wall so you felt like you were in a coffin. We would have preferred a toilet in room as you have to use the toilet down the corridor.
