On request, and at an additional cost, 1st Place Newmarket can provide flowers, luxury chocolate, a fruit basket or champagne. Other services include: evening meals, newspapers, special dietary needs, laundry and ironing. Shopping can be brought to your apartment.

Each of our self contained apartments are individually and stylishly furnished offering you privacy and relaxation in comfortable sitting rooms with colour TV, DVD and Wireless Broadband. Our two bedroom apartment comprises of a large and very impressive sitting room, with three seater sofa and chairs, colour TV with sky plus and DVD. One of the bedrooms and sitting room has French doors leading to a secluded garden patio area with furniture, barbeque and patio heater.

Our one bedroom penthouse apartment has its own innerail staircase, landing, cloakroom, double bedroom with en-suite shower and fantastic fully equipped kitchen and sitting room, with large corner sofa, colour TV and DVD. .
