A high quality room for a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay at a Premier Inn hotel again. The reception staff were very helpful when asked for information about public transport links into the city.
Very convenient a nd easy to reach.
The staff, they were excellent. The bed was very comfortable.
The decor and size of accommodation. Tea and Coffee,TV an excellent addition for a comfortable stay. A cheap Restaurant next door came in handy.

nothing to do really with the hotel, however, the restaurant attached to said hotel was terrible and, of course, reflects on the hotel in general. The hotel should own/run the restaurant and things would greatly improve in our opinion.
Had to change rooms 3 times due to lock which did not work on doorproperly and tv went off when switched bathroom light on and would notcome on again. 3Rd room fine.

the most common complaint i have with premier inns is the tv remote never works and this hotel was no different it might seem petty but why have a sleep button on remote which does not work.
No map of the direct vicinity or a telephone book kept at reception desk.
The staffing at breakfast and then the breakfast itself.
