It is centrally located, clean, well equiped and good value for money. Also, if you are coming by car there is a secure underground car park directly beneath the apartment block which is included as part of the package. This is useful as it is difficult to find a nearby parking space between 09.00 and 16.00 in Central MK.

An excellent apartment presented in a fresh and modern style. Excellent
location with free secure underground parking, Great view from the
balcony, with local shops, restaurants, cocktail bars etc within a
stones throw from the apartment.
The appartment was spotless clean and tidy, spacious and had very
comfortable beds. The grounds were immaculate, when sat on the balcony
and the sun was out you could imagine you were abroad. I would thoughly
recommend to all reviewers.
Apartment was clean, convenient had everything we needed for a family with a small child, was definitely easier staying in an apartment than a hotel. We wanted to stay longer!.
The accomodation was very clean and comfortable. Well furnished and suited all our needs and met more than our expectation and good location. We will be back.
The balcony view was great & our room 783 was lovely. The apartments smelt really nice & was very clean and tidy.

Nothing about the place we didn't get the accommodation we
requested and were put into another block called the Hub which was on
the 7th floor with a door open all night that wouldn't close
terrible place !!.
The decor and layout of 83 Pearl suited us.

Check in and check out involves going to another building and the keys have to be back by 10.15 which is at least 45 minutes too early for my liking. Also, the company that controls the apartments adds a £3+ booking fee which wasn't made clear on the letsbookhotel.com website when the booking was originally made.
- Having stayed in a few Prime Location Vizion flats, they can vary in quality/location (in the complex). If you are "unlucky" (as I was twice) you can end up with a ground floor road-facing flat which is very noisy. That being said, still better than a hotel room and nothing ear plugs can't remedy!.
As the apartment is a private property, such help like room service, a
concierge as you would expect from a conventional hotel were
unavailable, however all of this due to the location of the property
wasn't an issue.
A bit of a faf to get from the underground car park to the appartment
but dont let this put you off !!.
No hand soap in bathrooms and check out would be alot easier if it was at least 12pm.

The corridors & lifts were very hot. I would highly recommend it if check in & out time was a earlier/later. Check out at 10am is really early.

We was kicked out an hour before the told time
And was not told the address given was only to receive our keys and not the apartment itself!! And was given a map to get there!! It wasnt far but I believe that was careless and that it should have been written in the conformation email.
Milton Keynes is soul-less.
There was no cooling fan as was very hot.
The pink bed covering felt girly... not a major issue,.
The directions to the accommodation were poor; especially as it was only
400 yards from the offices where I picked up the key.
There were two couples staying here arriving and leaving at different times. It was disappointing to find only one car parking space and one set of keys.
There were towels only for 1 person. Make sure you bring along some of your own towels.
Sky+ didn't work
Wire missing from stereo.
Balcony only had one chair and there were four of us. Also there was no DVD player there that was stated on description and also said there would be toiletries on arrival only but no toiletries.

Receptionist during Collection of key because we arrived 4 hours earlier with my family could not even assist to keep our luggage till check- in time or wait anywhere. So unfriendly.
Collecting and returning keys to and from a different location.
Its not that I didn't like anything, however some balcony furniture would have been an advantage.

Prime Locations never said they had a problem in the Vizion some leak in
apts and just transferred us to Hub with no explanation whatsoever and
were not very nice when we requested a move as the apt was freezing with
the door open, they did come the next day and fix it, but it wasn't
what we requested... So never again!!!!.
The fact that the SKY TV did not work as constantly No Satetlite Signal
So we could no watch anything on TV as no signal whatsoever

Terrible email correspondnace and small print from Prime location lets - very threatening langauge - not customer friendly at all.
i did not like the cleaning they should come once a week for cleaning and they came only 2 time one time they miss and + they charge me extra 80 pound which they said it is credit card charge which is nonsense after i spoke withe letsbookhotel.com they wave it because Did not mention on their website.
The heating wasn't on and it said it was on a timer but it wasn't working too cold!!!.
Even though advertised, and after several calls, no Internet equipment. Could not get replacement router. I am a travelling business man and need wifi at hotel or flats that I stay in. They were not interested in trying to help. Very very disappointing and expensive for me as I had to use 3G to do my work. I asked for a discount to compensate for my 3G costs. I got a flat no!

Not the advertised 'short walk' from the key pick up. If you ask about walking, the bloke looks at you blankly. It's another cab ride.
Toilet smelt.
Toilet did not flush properly. Fortunately a large saucepan was provided, so you could flush it with water from the sink.
Three things are probably enough to mention.
Very poor quality furniture - broken bed base and sofa standing on bits of wood !.
A four person apartment with one key, one parking space, one toilet roll, television did not work, no hot water on day 2 and 3. When we asked about another key andradite space we was told we hadn't requested it when we booked so no.
Apartment smelt smokey / stale smell.
Thought the booking was two bedroom, with two parking spaces, as requested. When I arrived, we were faced with one bedroom and one car parking space. When I phoned to sort things out, the office was closed.
The collection of keys and return is a not straight forward, and the tone regarding return of keys and noise etc. Is insulting and aggressive and far from customer friendly.
I will clearly, not be staying here again and it has put doubt about the value of using letsbookhotel.com.
