Great location, smart modern apartment with good facilities and equipment inside. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Wifi was useful. Key collection and drop off worked well and the welcome pack with instructions on how to find the apartment was well written. This is a great location for a night out in MK. The apartment is located next to a number of bars and restaurants and is very close to the main railway station. A very good alternative to a hotel.

Sky and fast wifi included. The Hub is surrounded by great bars and restaurants plus it has a bit Sainsbury's just across the road. Really convenient. The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern and stylish. lots of space and an excellent location, right in the middle of the city. Lovely style and very clean,really well furnished.and perfect location. Great location and reasonably priced for a group booking. Apartment is very nice and decoration is beautiful. Easy to book in and collect the keys. Security guard was helpful showing us directions to the secure underground car park. The apartment was on 10th floor with a good view over The Hub. Apartment was very clean and well equipped, although we only stayed 1 night and ate out so we didn't make use of the kitchen. Location was very convenient for restaurants and shopping, the key collection office was just up the road. Check out was quick and easy. space, independence and comfort, over a hotel room. Good location and well equipped apartment. Space. Nothing. Will never use again. The blinds did not keep all the light out, so the bedroom was quite bright first thing in the morning. Check out time of 10am was too early for us. Parking was not as convenient as I would have liked and the distance to the apartments meant carrrying bags was a bit of a chore, especially if you needed to make a second trip to the car. Vat invoice not provided on departure - by special request only. problems with the TV. Check. Out time too early. Poor supplements in the apartment - no hand wash in the bathrooms and not enough tea/coffee/milk supplies for an apartment that sleeps four. It was also very cold and no instructions to turn up the heating. Collecting and returning the keys from a separate location. Apartment was very hot with no air conditioning and the windows do not open very wide for safety. The iPod docking station was broken so we could not listen to music. There was only 1 towel provided for 2 guests. The furniture is not luxury, it is modern and stylish but not high quality - for a couple of nights I'd say that was fine but wouldn't be very comfortable for a longer stay. the key collection and return process, although understand the need for central point it is some distance from the apartments, having walked from the railway station. Receptionist unhelpful on arrival, poor instructions for getting to apartment, early checkout and no facility to hold luggage. key pick-up & drop off process. Finding the apartment was a joke. Once found ~ wrong keys to the apartment. Tried the apartment on the key fob. Someone else in there. No one available although called before 6pm and emergency 24 hr number dead. Very unhappy.
