  The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The ensuite bathroom was very tastefully decorated, with very up to date fixtures, and the best shower we've experienced in England! The breakfast was good and the lattes were outstanding! - I liked the idea that the hotel was small and right in the heart of town.
