Paul and Judith, the proprietors, were friendly and professional. The guest house was in an excellent location, my room had a great and close view of the sea. My room was attractive, clean and comfortable. Breakfast room nice and breakfast excellent. Good facilities. If I go again I would like to hire a bike from Paul and Judith, this time there wasn't time. They have got it right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The buffet and cooked breakfast range was superb, fresh, beautifully cooked. Paul and Judith are a TIC in themselves. Highly recommended. Room and beds v. comfortable, clean and well appointed. Very friendly welcome - some rooms with exciting views on sea and st michael's mount - one of the rooms had problems with the shower which couldn't be solved but they did their best to find an alternative solution (and made no charge for this room). This is a very well located B and B run by friendly hosts. Very good breakfast. Ours was a small room but it had a good view of ST Michaels mount and was very comfortable. WE would come again. The lane to the parking is really very narrow and impossible to get in for a minivan - they however found a parking place for us at an hotel not very far. Nothing really. The stairs, but the host did take suitcases up and down for us, I didn't like the narrow entrance to the car park but everybody else seemed to manage perfectly!. No negative comments to make. Our room was at the top of the house and was pretty basic. The mattresses could be replaced as not so comfy, but he view was great. There were no negative points whatsoever We were warned about stairs and the entrance for cars which some might find awkward but we in no way found a problem. Not applicable. The car park is usually full making manoeuvering difficult. You also only get to know about the narrow access (2m10) after you have booked (and cancellation fees apply). Lots of stairs up to attic but hosts kinly took our suitcases up and down. The access to the car park is via a narrow alleyway. We own a Renault Scenic which, after we folded back the wing mirrors, got through with inches to spare. No apple juice at breakfast. The rooms are small but comfortable. Nothing to dislike. Shower was slow to drain away in pan. lack of space to manoeuvre in room due to having two large chairs but they were there so that you could look at the sea views...... Access drive way very narrow. Size of bathroom and noisy plumbing. Nothing. Access to the car park is a bit tight!. The fact it advertised a spa and they you had to pay for that service or book it which was not clear in the advertising! Parking is very tricky here if you have a big car!. nothing. the room was in the loft very small which i didnt book send a @ mail to explain but to late to book elwhwere as it was very hot we had aircondition but not a good place to relax on holiday no for romance as difficult to sleep i like big room where you can relax and dont book it if you dont like very tight place! the owner where very friendly but for the price i prefer go to a travel inns or best western.
