  Loved the spa, the building itself is very nice, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. - Will stay here again, lovely hotel, very central, lovely staff, well worth every penny or cent!!!

  One of the friendliest, most personable hotels I have stayed in (and have been to a lot). We had a big PR event to do and stayed aswell and nothing was a problem! From the reception to the restaurant everyone here made you feel so welcome! I want to move in... - The bedroom was amazing, beautiful in fact.   we actually got upgraded into the 'Hidden Gems' apartments next door because the owner had double booked our room. the apartment was amazing, and had a brilliant view from the balcony. the customer service was really good, we were met by someone who works for the apartments, and he took us to our apartment. - right in heart of manchester
