Hotel was great. Very clean rooms and hotel in general. Felt very secure and staff really friendly and helpful. Location is great and easy to park in various locations very near by. Would stay here again especially as the rate was fantastic. We stayed and attended a music event nearby- it was late when we got back and staff gave us take-out menu's etc as we had not eaten which was ideal. Didn't eat at hotel otherwise but there were some good offers on though you are within a couple of minutes .

I would recomend this hotel for the people who have a flight from Manchester airport, train goes about 20 minutes to airport. This is the third times when we stay at Premier inn's hotels, no matter in which city you want to stay at Premier Inn Hotel London, Manchester and so on always comfortable rooms with tea and coffe set, hairdryer and air condition, clean bathrooms. Breakfast was really nice!. We really enjoyed our stay at this Premier Inn at Manchester Piccadilly, the staff where friendly, helpful and provided you with all the information that we asked for i.e. maps and directions etc, the food was good and the rooms were clean and modern and the location of the hotel from the train station was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Lovely comfortable room with all you need for a mini break. Ideal location for shops, restaurants, train station but shame about the noisy drunks that pass by till 5am. Amazing choice for breakfast & the restaurant menu looks fab, pity we didn't have time to sample it. Easy walking distance to men arena & etihad stadium for concerts :). Its a very cosy place, love the windows can be opened slightly which is safe from children. Comfortable befs and clean rooms and toilets. Breakfast was superb, good food and excellent service from staff thru out the hotel. Location and parking is good too. First time with Premier Inn and will definitely choose Premier Inn again !. The hotel is quite literally a 5 minute walk from the railway station. It is right in Manchester town centre. A great location. The reception staff member who greeted us was warm, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we could want for our weekend stay. The room was extremely nice, basic but very comfortable with wonderful views over Manchester. The bathroom was luxurious and easily accessible for anyone with difficulties (which thankfully did not apply to us). Staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is located two minutes away from Piccadilly station and a few minutes walk to Arndale. All in all highly recommended. For some reason I actually took my driving license this time so I was lucky & could check in. Without it I guess I would have been refused. Nothing. nothing we didnt like at all. Nothing. The second night's stay was expensive compared with the first. Nothing. Location was central but the "back street" environment was a bit uncomfortable outside of daylight hours. No negatives. In a mixed area of new buildings and those still waiting to be developed but to be honest never felt threatened even when out at night. 1little thing beds a bit high but other then that no complaints. Nothing!. Slightly difficult to find with the directions on the website. Possibly this could be better but then my sense of direction isn't great. The interior design of the hotel was very basic. Only slight niggle was finding the multi-storey car park but discovering open air parking much closer and having to move the car after a day. Not a real problem and next time I would know!. We liked everything!. My only criticism would be that when I requested an iron one evening, they asked me to come down to reception to collect it. When I got to reception there were 4 staff members chatting at the desk. They handed me the iron and ironing board and I had to traipse back up to the room with them. Particularly as they were clearly not busy, I would have hoped they would bring them up to the room for me. This would be my only criticism however, as the rest of my stay was faultless. I can find no fault with my stay. Poor pillows very limp. Suffered from neck aches. Yet the hotel guarantees great sleep?. Nothing, it was fab. We were on a uni visit, and I think it might be easier to get to from the Premier at the other end of Portland Street. The sink in Room 611 when we stayed was partially blocked. The drainage is very slow but still it worked so we didn't bother complaining. Other than that the place is extremely clean and spotless. The bed did not suit my needs very well. My personal preference is a firm bed but got some softness in it to help me sleep comfortably. However I know some people they prefer a really firm bed. If it had some nice, soft topper on top of it, I'm sure my sleep would be perfect. price was a little heavy. bought one month's wifi, and did not work very well the first week. staff initiall y not as friendly as expect from premier inn. issue with one of the meal deal breakfasts. Nothing. The cost! £120 for one nights stay is very steep for a premier inn no breakfast included? As it was a city break we were not in that much! 8Hrs to be precise. on the sunday morning at breakfast there were no cups, no milk, no breakfast, had to wait at least 15 mins for a table, there was not enough staff on to cover the amount of people. Nothing. For my first three days in the hotel, Wi Fi didn't work. Nothing really. Nothing!. nothing we didn't like but only a couple of minor things - would prefer a couple more clothes drawers in family rooms, baths a bit too high. Nothing. N/A. Absolutely nothing!. Nothing. We returned from our night out at 00.40 and we were refused a nightcap. We asked if we could have a drink to take up to our room but the girl who I assume was in charge would not oblige us. 00.40 is not late and I would expect a hotel in the city tobe more accomodating. Bed quite firm, 2 lifts not working on leaving.
