The attitude & manner of all the staff I had contact with was first class. Initially I was given a smoking room, so I returned to reception to comment (not complain) & the member of staff immediately allocated me another room on a different floor. This happened to be an upgrade as well, so I was even more impressed. All the facilities I used were at or beyond my expectations. I shall use the hotel again & I shall recommend this hotel aswell.
all reviews » when staying at the hotel my boyfriend and i really enjoyed are selfs we went for my birthday and everyone at the hotel treated us like royalty and there nothing they didnt do for us! they made my birthday very special and memerable!! i would definatly recommed it to any one!. Using the leisure facilities. We enjoyed a lovely meal in yourresturant, the surroundings made the experience all the better. Also ourwaitress in Cloud 23 was very efficent. Fab Views, convenient location. Nice, clean accommodation. Excellent customer care. Cocktails in Cloud23 were a great experience.The room was stunning, the bathroom was sparkling clean, the bed was so comfortable and there was an amazing view out of the huge floor to ceiling window. It had a luxurious feel from check in to check out. The access to the executive lounge included in the price of an executive room was a great bonus.A fantastic hotel with the best gin and tonics.Also cloud23 was superb. Superb hotel, amazing rooms. It was such a refreshing change to stay at a hotel where the attitude of the staff enhanced the stay. The room was the most comfortable we have ever stayed in and very clean. views. Access to Executive Lounge Level 23. Location. The air conditioning broke so we didn't sleep great but the hilton only charged us half price for our stay. Excellent customer care.Both my partner and I agreed the Spar staff could have done much better considering the location and price. not being able to use the bar on top of the hotel because we were not in an exec room and also queue for other top bar too longso did not see views as we would have liked. The lift system was very slow and you had to wait too long for the kift to come. you cannot open a window. 3 of 4 light bulbs out in bathromm ,not sorted./. Not all the leisure facilities were working. Some staff seemed very young and inexperienced.Food poisoning, no heating in the room requiring a fan heater from front of house to be run all night in the room or to be moved to another room which at the time was midnight - we chose the heater, cigarette hole in the seating, cracked bathroom sink. For the most part these could be rectified and staff were very helpful and in the case of no heating resourceful. The room smelt of smoke, even though it was a smoking room, it had not been aired and was fusty. The air conditioning did not work the room was cold, but I was offered an extra blanket.
