The staff was very helpful and warm , enjoyed our 5 day stay. In the center of many things close to the theater , museums , Buckingham palace, Albert and Victoria Museum, Natural Science, Winston Churchill's War Rooms, Big Ben ,Parliament, Westminster Abbey etc. walked everywhere no cab required. Excelent hotel, beautiful interior design, very friendly and helpfull staff, perfect location,very confortable room, very good breakfast served at the room....I Love this hotel !!!!.
