Important information to guests

To check in, go to the office at Ground Floor, 4 Greenland Place, NW1 0AP, where you will receive the keys and pay for the stay. You will be given directions to your apartment. You must provide ID (passport, driving license or national ID card) at check-in. A security deposit will be required. Check-in after 21:00 is at an additional cost. Group bookings of 3 apartments or more and bookings for more than 6 nights are subject to pre-payment. On confirmation of booking, 30% of the deposit is required. The final balance is to be paid 14 days prior to arrival. Full cancellation policy and charges will be advised directly to guests by the hotel. Please note that parties are not allowed on the property, and guests found breaking this rule will be charged. Please note that the pictures shown are selected from several apartments. The apartments are of a similar standard, but may differ to the ones shown. The property requires 50% prepayment by bank transfer on all reservations that are covering the period of Olympic Games 2012.
