key pick up not at apartment.
This is not a hotel neither aparthotel, it is an apartment. The biggest problem is that you have to pick up the keys in an Camden Town office, far from the actual place. I checked in upon arrival and had to insist to receive the keys because normal check in is only at 3pm. If I had believed the employee I had to go back which I refused given a busy schedule.
