Nice, modern apartment. Less than ten minutes by feet from the Central line of the tube, 1 minute from the bus stop. The staff is kind and efficient. There are always people in the surroundings streets, at every hour of the day and of the night. Market opened till midnight by the other side of the street.
Convenient to local groceries, bus stops and tube station.
We stayed in apartment 3. It's updated and most facilities were available. Sofa bed was a good size.

The apartment was clean and had good facilities and staff were efficient and came to resolve a heating problem immediately.
The size of the departement is great.
Floor and kitchen top was very dusty.
Fire exit is the front door on the ground floor.
Not informed in advance about the 3 % fee because the booking was made with a non UK credit card,which had to ne paid when moving in.
Thin walls to the stairs; you hear loud inhabitants on arrival.
Airport transfer. Driver arrived 1 hour late. He was also out of gas so he stopped on gas station, another 10 minutes..
There where no information on letsbookhotel.com about 3% charge if you paying by card!.
The apartment was soulless and lacked any comfort. It was cold on arrival and there were some problems with the hot water. The staff were paranoid that we had more guests in the apartment than we had told them, so they were watching our comings and goings closely and even knocked when a friend came by to pick us up to inform us that no visitors were allowed. The street outside was noisy first thing in the morning. Not the most enjoyable stay especially for the price!.
The bed are realy bad (190x140cm) is to small for a big dutch guy. the road is 24/7 noisy. Also the people above you are good to hear when they are walking.
We didn't like the fact that we felt like we were being spied on. On two occasions staff turned up to the apartment at 11.30pm. The toilet seat was broken then supposedly repaired and broke again on first use and stayed broken. The bath was very slippery, the shower curtain was moldy. Lugging our cases up several flights of stairs. Your site advertises luxury when infact it is budget.
